Route 2 Root – A BiLoopTo initiative
Celebrating World Environment Day
The recent Amphan cyclone has uprooted nearly 220 trees in Jadavpur University. We the students and alumni of Jadavpur University have always taken pride in the green cover of our University and we owe a lot of our upbringing and memories to these trees. Route 2 Root is our solemn pledge to restore the greenery of our beautiful campus we call home. Under this initiative, we have already restored 8 trees and plan to restore another 15 trees in the coming week. We want to follow this up with a massive replantation drive across the University.
